Subscription & Cancellation Policy

At Norvia Recovery LLC, we offer subscription-based purchases for your convenience. This policy explains how subscriptions work, including billing, renewals, and cancellation terms.
1. Subscription Enrollment

4. Cancellation Policy

5. Orders Already Processed
Any subscription order that has already been:
- Processed
- Fulfilled
- Shipped
➡️ Cannot be canceled
These orders remain subject to our Refund Policy.
6. Returns & Refunds
Subscription orders follow the same rules as standard purchases.
- Refunds are only issued in accordance with our Refund Policy
- Charges already processed are non-refundable once the order has shipped
